Taner Öngür the legendary bass player of the iconic group of 1970’s Anadolu Pop movement Moğollar, did release a solo album “Elektrik Gramofon” (2017) that sold out its LP’s within 48 hours, proving the huge impact and public appreciation. In 2018, again with his group 43,75 he introduced “Sayko Ana” with his own words: “The aim of this record is to have good time, as well as present some unknown examples of turkish folk musics, and “psych them”. This year of 2019, he goes back to initial idea and investigates "strange stories" from newspapers and archives of 1930's-1960's period. The LP's comes with a rich contented 16 pages tabloid newspaper instert; including "news" and "articles" related to the songs... and many other bizarre details of our "dusty days".
